An effective risk culture is more than a set of policies and controls. It shapes how people across an organisation understand risk, make decisions and respond when challenges emerge.
On 17 September, the East Africa Regional Group will host Building an Effective Risk Culture in your Organisation, a practical webinar focused on turning risk culture from a concept into meaningful organisational action.
Led by Horst Simon The Original Risk Culture Builder, the session will examine what effective risk culture looks like in practice, the four pillars that underpin it, and how organisations can assess their current level of maturity. Participants will also explore how to translate that assessment into an actionable plan for improvement.
With more than 45 years of experience in banking operations and risk management, and experience working across more than 20 countries, Horst will bring an international perspective to the discussion and share practical insights for risk professionals seeking to strengthen their impact within their organisations.
The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to explore the challenges and considerations most relevant to their own organisations.
