Effective 24th June 2022, all qualified Indian Chartered Accountants are suggested to directly register for IRM's Level 2 qualification: FS-ERM or General ERM (OFQUAL Level 5) that entitles them to the IRMCert designation. 

• Elective: Choose between Financial Services ERM v/s General ERM
• Duration: Between 6 to 9 months, 360 hours for 2 modules in total
• Study materials: Core book, access to the virtual learning environment, webinars
• Designation: IRMCert after successfully passing the global exam
• Recognition: 140+ countries
• Examination: Choose your examination month from June or November every year
• Centers: Choose from 360 exam centers in India
• Fees: INR 175,000 including GST

The above advisory shall not apply to any Chartered Accountants who have already enrolled prior to 24th June 2022 for any of the Level 1 examination attempts.

If any Chartered Accountant is holding a senior strategic and decision-making risk role with a minimum of 8 years' continuous experience in risk management, they may directly apply for the Level 4 - Certified Member status of the Institute of Risk Management.
