Created by enterprise risk and academic experts, the RMAT® provides an ideal start towards evaluating the risk culture of the organisation or an individual. The Risk Management Aptitude Test is an online risk culture self-assessment tool developed to evaluate an individual's / business's risk maturity and level of enterprise risk management (ERM) adoption.
DEGREE TO WHICH GOALS / VISION / OBJECTIVES ARE UNDERSTOOD
ATTITUDE TOWARDS RISK
APPROACH TOWARDS ETHICAL SITUATIONS
EXTENT OF RISK-BASED DECISION MAKING (COMPLEX PROBLEM SOLVING, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS)
EXISTENCE OF A RISK APPETITE
LEVEL OF AWARENESS AROUND RISK-REWARD TRADE-OFFS
PREPAREDNESS FOR RISK / CRISIS EVENTS, BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND RESILIENCE
The RMAT® score is derived from the consolidated responses of all attributes. The score will help the organisation or individual determine their risk culture or maturity as Risk Naive, Risk Novice or Risk Conscious.
Offered in a computer adaptive format that can be taken at the comfort of your home or office, the RMAT® covers multiple choice case study based questions on eight attributes with a duration of 30 minutes. The test can also be customised depending on the sector, size and objectives of your organisation.
Organisations that seek to run the standard or customised risk culture test for their employees, may contact the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) - India Affiliate at corporatetraining@theirmindia.org.
Upon successful completion of the RMAT®, an individual certificate can be downloaded with the score. Organisations receive a consolidated report of employee-wise scores with analysis.
